Dinh Ngo Attorney Dinh Ngo grew up in Richmond, Virginia and attended the University of Richmond where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.  Mr. Ngo earned his Juris Doctor at University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2013 and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in December 2013.  He is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia superior and federal court, the bankruptcy and federal courts for the Eastern and Western District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
 
Mr. Ngo started in the law field as a volunteer for legal aid while completing his undergraduate degree and continued as an attorney volunteer until moving into the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  As an attorney, he represented individuals in worker’s compensation, personal injury, immigration, and bankruptcy cases.  He later transitioned into representing creditors, including national banks, mortgagers, and servicers, in bankruptcy, federal, and state courts.  Mr. Ngo’s Chaplin & Gonet practice concentrations include insurance subrogation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and civil litigation.
